Senior Geologist
We are looking for a Strategy and Transformation Specialist to support our company's profitability, strategic development, and continuous improvement efforts. In this role, you will contribute to the execution of transformation initiatives and support the coordination of our strategic planning processes. Your work directly shapes the company's operational excellence and long-term impact. Your key responsibilities include: - Administer and manage transformation initiatives and projects to drive measurable profitability impact. - Develop and maintain tools and processes for effective initiative execution. - Support continuous improvement by collecting, screening, and structuring ideas for the Gate Review process. - Support the efficient execution of the companys strategy process. - Participate in progress tracking and follow-up of strategic roadmap initiatives. - Collaborate with operational teams, initiative owners, and project managers to drive profitability improvements, and work closely with the Finance team to validate the financial impacts of these initiatives. What we except from you: - Relevant academic background. - Finnish fluent proficiency. - 1–3 years of experience in business development, consulting, or similar roles. - Strong analytical skills and capability for efficient project execution. The employment relationship is permanent. The work is carried out flexibly in a hybrid model, in Sotkamo or in Helsinki. Please note that the nature of the work requires on-site presence at our industrial area in Sotkamo approximately 2–4 times per month. Terrafame's industrial area is located in Tuhkakylä, about 1/2 hour from Sotkamo and Kajaani. The application period is until 28.2.2026.
