We are looking for our customer in Kalsdorf from now on 1 Strategic Buyer (m/w/x) Your tasks: - As a Strategic Buyer, you will continuously monitor supplier markets, identify trends and risks at an early stage, and provide deep expertise on costt structures and processes of your assigned components - You will be accountable to develop a strong and competitive supply base for the assigned components in alignment with global SCM strategy and close cooperation with internal stakeholders - You will supervise the supplier onboarding process from first contact up to supplier release and will establish strong partnerships with strategic supplier - As part of interdisciplinary expert teams, you will help to shape the future of e-mobility and play a key role in securing our company's long-term goals - The motivated and committed team and the agile organizational set-up will give you the right environment to bring your visions alive and to continuously develop yourself Your profile: - Completed technical or commercial education - 5+ years of experience in purchasing (preferably in automotive industry) - Solid expertise in commercial and contract law - Deep experience in metal manufacturing processes (stamping, extrusion, casting) is a plus, willingness ot build expertise in this area is essential - Logical mindset combined with a structured manner of thinking - Strong communication and negotiations skills - Very good written and spoken English skills - Proactive, structured, and future-oriented way of working Your application: Please apply by e-mail or send us your complete application documents by post.
