Work tasks: Main duties and responsibilities of the position include, among others: - Ambassador's personal assistance - Attending meetings - Performing clerical work in the office, administrative assistance - Assisting in planning and arranging events, making and sending invitations - Answering phone calls and emails - Greeting and receiving guests We offer: The duration of the contract is 2 years, with a possibility of renewal. Other requirements: - University degree (BA level or higher) preferably in International Relations, Political Science, History, Communications. - Fluency in written and spoken Estonian and English languages is a prerequisite. - Knowledge of the Estonian Public Sector structure/organization and the local media. - Good communication skills. - Ability to work in groups and independently, as well as to work under pressure. - Loyalty, discretion and impeccable manners. - Previous relevant professional experience would be an asset.
