Restaurant Worker
As a Café / Restaurant Worker, youll be part of the daily operation of our café/bakery. This is a hands-on role where teamwork, a service mindset, and reliability matter.
Main tasks (not limited to these)
Welcoming customers, taking orders, handling payments
Serving coffee, pastries, and bakery products efficiently
Keeping the counter, seating area, and product displays tidy and attractive
Opening and closing routines
Restocking service areas (cups, milk, takeaway items, etc.)
Maintaining cleanliness throughout the day
Cleaning equipment (including daily coffee machine cleaning)
Supporting the kitchen team during busy hours
Assisting with simple food prep and plating (e.g., toasts, porridge, light dishes)
Helping with prep work, cleaning, and organization when needed
Delivering fresh products from the main production site to the café before opening (as needed).
Full-time: minimum 37.5 hours/week
Shift-based schedule; days off vary depending on shifts
Work includes weekends and public holidays as part of normal operations
Requirements
Hygiene pass (Hygieniapassi) – required
Must live and be located in Helsinki
Must be eligible for palkkatuki & Helsinki-lisä
Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to help with varied tasks
Driving license = big plus (especially for morning deliveries)
