We are looking for an experienced and reliable baker to join our kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone who works well in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of a small team. Responsibilities: Prepare and bake breads, doughs, laminated dough and baked goods to a consistently high standard Manage daily baking schedules and production volumes Ensure quality, freshness, and presentation of all baked products Maintain a clean, organised, and food-safe work environment Assist with recipe development and improvements when needed Work closely with the kitchen team to support service and prep needs Requirements: Proven experience as a baker in a professional kitchen or bakery Strong understanding of dough handling, fermentation, and baking techniques.
