We are looking for a Product Line Manager To join our secondary rock breaking team of Xrock business unit in Normet Group. In this role you will manage equipment and service offering, support sales projects, and coordinate technical upgrades. You will also develop technical support tools, training packages, and commissioning solutions—and occasionally take part in training and commissioning activities. You will work together with technology and production teams and collaborate with sales across the world, reporting to a Head of Technology and R&D. The role is based in Lahti, Finland. Main responsibilities and tasks: - Managing product offering portfolio and documentation for equipment and service sales - Supporting sales projects with technical expertise - Coordinating support for larger sales cases together with other professionals - Coordinating product upgrades customized product (B-product) deliveries - Making cost structure analysis and price setting - Working closely with sales and business development - Developing technical support tools, training materials, and commissioning packages - Participating in training and commissioning when needed, also on customer sites abroad To shine in this position, we hope you have: - Relevant working experience in technical product management and equipment lifecycle roles - Masters of bachelors degree in field of engineering or product development - Experience in commercialization of the products and business driven way of working - Understanding of industrial equipment systems and service operations - Strong coordination and communication skills - Fluency in English and Finnish - Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams - Willingness to travel internationally as part of the role Come and share your courage to shine with us: show your customers their best future through leading technologies and solutions.
