In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing dealer-based export sales within Europe, with a primary focus on Central Europe. You will act as the main point of contact for distributors, supporting them in their sales efforts while actively identifying and onboarding potential new partners. This is a hands-on, relationship-driven sales role where trust, technical understanding, and long-term partnerships are key. Key responsibilities: Manage and develop relationships with international distributors and resellers Support dealers in their sales activities and ensure their long-term success Actively identify, evaluate, and onboard new distributors Present and argue for the companys technical solutions and product benefits Provide technical sales support and coordinate solutions when needed Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs in your region Travel internationally (approximately 30–50 days per year) What we are looking for: Good working proficiency in German or French (one is required) Technical interest and willingness to understand complex machinery solutions Ability to work independently, take ownership, and prioritize effectively Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of responsibility Languages: German or French – good working proficiency (one is required) English - Fluent What the role offers: A key role in international growth within a stable, long-established company High level of autonomy and trust A well established culture Practical details: Employment: Permanent, full-time Location: Kronoby.
