We are looking for a part time and long term cleaning and housekeeping team for Hilltop Forest, Inkoo, for the 2026 season and beyond. The role suits an individual or a small team who value independent work, flexibility, and taking responsibility in a high quality environment. This is a demanding role that goes beyond basic cleaning. The work focuses on ensuring that cabins, the villa, and outdoor areas are carefully prepared, clean, and fully finished for every arriving guest. The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently without constant supervision. The tasks include cleaning accommodation spaces, making beds, and preparing guest areas. The role also includes maintaining saunas and hot tubs, light outdoor and property tasks, handling firewood and waste management, and purchasing and restocking household supplies. Seasonally, tasks may also include light snow work and small maintenance duties. The work is varied and at times physically demanding. The properties are spread out and schedules can be tight, so a flexible and calm approach is important. Most of the work takes place during daytime hours, typically between 11 and 16. During the winter season, work is usually a few days per week. During the summer season from May to October, work is more frequent and often close to daily. During the core summer period, a few hours of daytime work on Saturdays is required. There is no Sunday work unless you wish to work. We are ideally looking for a small team of one to four people who can organise the work flexibly and commit to long term collaboration. Reliability and sticking to agreed schedules are essential, as guests always arrive to fully prepared spaces. An own car is required due to the location of the properties. The ability to invoice through your own business or as a light entrepreneur is preferred. Previous experience in hospitality cleaning is a strong advantage.
