Or perhaps you already have some experience and want to deepen your expertise? We are now looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our global People & Site team and support our international growth. In addition to meeting our hiring targets and finding new talent, we aim to make greater use of AI to improve efficiency throughout the recruitment process. However, we highly value human interaction to ensure outstanding candidate quality and experience. In this role, you will help secure excellent candidate experience by supporting the entire hiring process. You will draft job advertisements, select the right advertising channels, review applications, and gain valuable insight into what global technology companies look for in future talent. You will ensure timely and highquality communication between us and the candidates. You will support the interview process by scheduling interviews and guiding candidates. You will also take care of the closing phase of each recruitment process and ensure selected candidates transition smoothly from recruitment to onboarding. In addition, you will contribute to our ATS transition project and the development of our Talent Pool process. You wont be doing this alone, you will work closely with our Talent Manager, Irene, and the global HR team. Cadmatic is truly a global company, which means you will collaborate with colleagues and candidates from all around the world. We prefer that you are based at our headquarters in Turku, Finland, but we also offer flexibility of hybrid work. Onboarding takes place at the Turku office. This role is a part-time job approximately 20-25 hours per week for at least six months. What we are looking for - You have a degree or are currently studying education science, HR administration, or a related field. - You have a basic understanding of recruitment processes and systems. - Any prior experience in talent acquisition is considered an advantage. - Excellent communication and collaborations skills. - You are comfortable in communicating in English, as English is our companys working language.
