What the role involves

• Customer interaction and project support: participating in customer meetings, site visits and understanding technical requirements
• Expert support in geotechnical solutions: supporting customers and sales in selecting suitable applications and solutions
• Quotations and project follow-up: contributing to quotation preparation, cost calculations and project tracking
• Cross-functional collaboration: working closely with customers, sales, production and product development
• Learning and development: participating in testing, pilot projects and the introduction of new solutions, as well as collecting customer and market feedback

Who this role is for

• You are a Talent: a recent graduate or at an early stage of your career in engineering or business, or you have developed an interest in geotechnical applications through your studies
• You have already gained some practical experience, for example through internships, summer jobs or study projects
• You are comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment and managing multiple parallel tasks
• You have good proficiency in Finnish and English (Swedish or other languages are an advantage)
  You have the right attitude and a strong willingness to learn: you are curious, solution-oriented and motivated to grow as an expert
• You have an independent yet collaborative working style: you can prioritize, take responsibility and ask for guidance when needed
• You have strong communication and collaboration skills with various stakeholders
