MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – SHIFT WORK (M/F/O)

Our client, BESTSELLER, a globally recognized fashion brand, is setting new standards in speed, availability, and flexibility with the launch of a state-of-the-art logistics center featuring Exotec robots and fully automated carton and pallet handling.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be a key player in monitoring performance and ensuring the smooth operation of electronics and mechanical systems. With a variety of tasks across a fully automated warehouse complex, every day brings new challenges—and great colleagues to collaborate with!

Your Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment during productive system use
• Perform preventive maintenance in line with the robots’ and equipment’s maintenance plans
• Execute on-site repairs and manage spare part orders
• Collaborate closely with the Klinkhammer hotline (Nuremberg) and Exotec control room (France)
• Monitor all technical systems through visualization software
• Implement Exotec-recommended retrofits
• Maintain system availability (KPI) while working in a 3-shift schedule (5-day week)

Your Profile

• Background in electrical or mechanical engineering
• Experience in equipment service and maintenance
• Strong customer focus and adaptability
• Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills
• IT-savvy, capable of troubleshooting, planning, and reporting using software tools
• Proficient in English
