Key Responsibilities -Set up and prepare demo accounts of our software before sales calls. -Join or support demo calls when needed (technical side). Take transcript and notes - Create and manage client accounts in internal tools. Set up customer accounts and do onboarding for customers. -Book meetings and manage calendars for sales and research interviews. -Answer technical questions from prospects and clients: software-based and hardware-based. -Resolve basic technical issues and tickets (login, setup, integrations, data access). Requirements -Good understanding of web tools and SaaS platforms. -Comfortable using CRM, calendar tools, and support ticket systems. -Good understanding of hardware like computer hardwares, RAM, - Have good experience of managing communities in Telegram and Discord - Clear written and spoken English. - Knowing Vietnamese is an advantage because we have Vietnamese users and partners - Knowing Finnish is an advantage because we have Finnish clients and partners - Our official language is English
