Your Role:

• Conduct seminars and workshops in the field of IT administration, particularly on Microsoft server technologies and cloud solutions (on-prem services, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365)
• Support and guide participants throughout the learning process

Your Profile:

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Authentic and confident demeanor
• Experience as a trainer or lecturer in adult education
• Strong affinity for IT and at least five years of professional experience as an IT administrator (at least second level)
• Prior knowledge of Microsoft server, cloud technologies, and applications
• Pedagogical skills and a passion for sharing knowledge
• Independent and structured working style

Bonus Points For:

• Certifications in the Microsoft environment (e.g., MCT, MS-102, MD-102, SC-400, AZ-900, MS-700, etc.)
• Experience conducting seminars in-person, online (via Microsoft Teams), and in hybrid formats
• Familiarity with terms such as “Active Directory, Exchange – Exchange Online, File Services – SharePoint Online”
