For the stylish boutique in Ghent, we are looking for a Assistant Store Manager who, as a Fashion Expert, will be the right hand of our Store Manager. Team Leader & Coach: You lead the sales team on a daily basis and motivate them to get the best out of themselves. Sales focus: Together with your team, you work purposefully towards achieving ambitious sales targets. Personalized advice: You will also be on the floor yourself to provide customers with expert and exclusive style advice. Operational support: You support the Store Manager with administration, checking deliveries and managing store stock. Customer experience: You watch over the premium appearance of the boutique and the satisfaction of every visitor. Experience: You already have experience as an Assistant Store Manager or have similar experience. Passion for luxury: You have a clear affinity with luxury clothing and an eye for quality and detail. Positive mindset: You are enthusiastic, think in terms of solutions and also radiate this to your team and customers. Language skills: You speak and write excellent Dutch and have at least a good basic knowledge of English.
