This is what we offer you: * Variety and a strong team * Flexible working hours * Work-life balance * Further training opportunities * Financial support services (e.g. job ticket, lunch) * Minimum wage for 40 hours per week € 3,530.80 gross per month (overpayment in case of useful and significant professional experience) What awaits you: * You will take over the year-round socio-pedagogical care of eight children/adolescents between the ages of 11 and 18 as part of a rotational service * You will help with learning and support in school matters * You will have contact with schools/teachers or lecturers * You will take on housework agendas (cooking and baking on occasion, creative contributions to cosiness, cleaning, etc.) * You plan, organise and carry out leisure activities and holiday trips * You work together with parents * You lead and regularly participate in discussions with parents, important family members, social workers, experts and experts, etc. * You are responsible for documentation work and writing development reports And this is what you bring to the table: * Ongoing advanced or completed training in the psychosocial sector (social pedagogy, social work, educational sciences, social care/SOB family work, special kindergarten education) * or * a completed training as a kindergarten pedagogue with professional experience, as a graduate social worker BA and BB (work with the disabled or support for the disabled) or teacher, with corresponding additional qualification (including Further training of at least 100 hours, in particular on bonding, development of minors, child protection, dealing with trauma and crises, de-escalation and conflict management as well as family, experiential and inclusion education) * Additional qualification in the field of trauma pedagogy and/or New Authority is an advantage * Sufficient experience in inpatient child and youth welfare * Willingness to reflect, openness to learning and willingness to undergo further training * Enjoyment of caring for children and adolescents * Skill in dealing with possible conflict situations * Ability to work in a team and cooperate * Flexibility, independence and resilience as well as willingness to work at night, on Sundays and on public holidays as part of the rotation service * Driving licence B * Knowledge of the German language at C2 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages Apply now!
