We are looking for 1 JUNIOR SALES AND RESERVATION MANAGER FOR OUR HEADQUARTERS IN GRAZ Since 2002, the family-run BRETANIDE Sport & Wellness Resort 4* on the island of Bra has been combining Austrian hotel quality with Mediterranean flair. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: °° Support in the management, organization and further development of the sales and reservation team as well as internal processes °° Support, communication and negotiation with tour operator partners as well as end customers °° Collaboration and optimization of all reservation, sales and internal processes °° Operational handling of daily business in the reservation department (preparation of offers, price calculations and reservation processing) °° Implementation and expansion of sales, marketing and sales strategies to increase sales (expansion of direct bookings, acquisition of groups in pre- and post-season and development of new sales channels) °° Support in the area of pricing and revenue management °° Adherence, monitoring and implementation of budgets and goals in accordance with the corporate strategy °° Representation of the company at trade fairs, events and partner visits °° Optimisation of the online presence including website and online campaigns (social media, newsletter) WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:° ° At least a secondary school education (preferably higher education or university education in the field of tourism or the hotel industry) °° At least 2¿5 years of experience in the same or similar position or in hotel or agency sales °° Ability to identify market potentials, develop sales strategies and achieve results according to the company's budget°° Knowledge of Croatian, German and English °° Knowledge of online marketing (social media, website word press, online marketing) °° Very good knowledge of MS Office as well as experience with hotel and reception programs °° Excellent negotiation skills °° Knowledge of Revenue & Yield Management °° Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as reliable, structured way of working WHAT WE OFFER: °° Hybrid workplace: Home office in the off-peak season (Nov.¿ March) and partly during the season (optional: division Bra during the season & Graz Puchstraße in the off-season) °° Opportunity for professional development and quick promotion to Senior Sales Manager °° Work in a family-like, dynamic, motivating environment with a positive work culture °° Full-time employment with the possibility of permanent employment °° Free 3 meals a day during the operational season °° Travel expenses or accommodation in the resort °° Gross monthly salary of € 2,500 as well as attractive benefits, such as health insurance, discounts on services, use of the sports facilities in the resort.
