Foreman for the outdoor team - Assenede Region

Tasks

• Manage a team of mechanics in a managerial role.
• Plan and organize daily activities while following up on orders and material supply.
• Lead and coach the team.
• Draw up and follow up on the work schedule, orders, and materials.
• Participate in the welding and assembly of various metal constructions.
• Bend and cut metal sheets and read and apply technical plans.

Requirements

• In possession of driving license B.
• Fluent in Dutch and have a good knowledge of English.

Preferred

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a similar position.
• Good knowledge of electrode and semi-automatic welding.
• Experience with assembling, bending, and cutting metal structures.
• Technical insight and skill in reading plans.
• Strong leadership qualities and communication skills.
