The pace will only increase! Will you be the next Möläinen?

Conditions

• 2-shift work, mainly in the evening.
• Permanent or fixed-term employment relationship.
• Initial employment is with Good Fellas Oy with a possible transfer to the customer's books.
• Application period ends by 4.2.2026.

Tasks

• Process raw materials, control the manufacturing process, and package finished products.
• Maintain quality, hygiene, and smooth process operations with the team.
• Operate various production equipment and manage your own work area independently after induction.
• Handle raw materials, supervise production equipment, support the packaging team, and coordinate the production line.

Requirements

• Experience in food production or an interest in learning about it.
• Initiative and a responsible approach to work.
• Ability to cooperate and solve everyday challenges.
• Desire to grow, learn new skills, and perform physical work.
• Ability to adapt to varying conditions.
• Fluent Finnish language skills.

Preferred

• Willingness to participate in job rotation to learn the entire production process.
