As an employee in the cold kitchen, you are responsible for the daily support of the kitchen team. Your tasks include: Preparation (mise-en-place) of salads, starters, cold sauces and desserts Finishing and dressing cold dishes according to the agreements in the kitchen Checking quality, freshness and presentation Correct handling of ingredients and products Applying the hygiene and HACCP rules Maintaining order and cleanliness at the workstation Helping out during busy times in the service You will work together with experienced colleagues and receive clear instructions and guidance.
