As a printer, your job is to set up, operate, and coordinate the printing machine; You will also make adjustments and perform first-line maintenance and assist the technicians in the event of complex malfunctions; You ensure an efficient and safe process and you deliver a good product; You think about the continuous improvement of the printing process and you respond appropriately to process deviations You always keep an overview and like to be challenged to get the best out of yourself. You have completed technical printing training at A2/A3 or have an equivalent level of qualification through work experience; You already have some experience with offset or flexo printing; You feel comfortable in an environment where you work in a team and can continue to develop yourself; You are good at making your own plan and you dare to take initiative You like to roll up your sleeves and are willing to invest in yourself by following training and courses.
