Seeking a dedicated Facility Manager to oversee daily operations

As a Facility manager in KleanQueen you'll be the key link between our cleaning teams, clients, and management, ensuring smooth service delivery across all contracts. Read more about us at www.kleanqueen.dk Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate cleaning operations across multiple client sites in Greater Copenhagen Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality cleaning services according to client agreements Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks Serve as primary point of contact for client inquiries and feedback Monitor and control operational costs and budgets Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Handle complaints and resolve service issues promptly Maintain inventory and order cleaning supplies and equipment Implement and monitor quality assurance procedures Report on operational performance to management What We're Looking For Proven experience in facility management, cleaning operations, or similar supervisory role Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Client-focused with strong communication skills Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure Knowledge of cleaning standards, health and safety regulations Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when needed What We Offer Competitive salary package Professional development opportunities A supportive work environment The opportunity to make a real impact in a growing company Modern tools and systems to support your work Ready to Join Our Team?
