Job Description -Provide high-level modern Turkish-style men's grooming services: skin fade, low/mid/high fade, beard & mustache shaping, traditional Turkish hot-towel shave, and advanced razor techniques. -Train barbers and stylists in modern cutting techniques and customer-experience standards; support onboarding of new staff. -Lead salon operations during busy periods, ensuring top-level service quality and customer satisfaction. -Develop and oversee the implementation of brand service standards across all branches. Required Qualifications -Minimum 3–4 years of experience in barbering/hairdressing and possession of a master/apprentice certificate or equivalent professional qualifications. -Strong portfolio in modern barbering styles and traditional Turkish hot-towel shaving and straight-razor techniques. -Knowledge of craniofacial analysis: facial proportion assessment, skull contour impact on haircut design, creation of morphological profiles, and selecting cutting techniques based on facial architecture. -Basic expertise in trichology (hair & scalp biology): hair-root structure, identification of scalp issues, growth-direction & density mapping, and familiarity with various ethnic hair types. -Ability to perform advanced razor techniques (angle control, single-stroke mapping, irritation-preventing micro-contour shaving). -Experience in geometric haircut architecture: multi-axis sectioning, weight-distribution techniques, fade symmetry management. -Strong communication skills and ability to lead and train a team; motivating and proactive work style. -Flexibility in a fast-paced environment; willingness to work across different branches when needed.
