We run an artisanal organic mountain cheese dairy and process the milk from cows, sheep and goats into a quite diverse range of products, from yoghurt to soft cheese to hard cheese. To strengthen our team, we are looking for people who enjoy their craft, have experience with food and are enthusiastic about healthy food. The ability to work in a team and the joy of working well together for everyone involved are important qualities for us. Your tasks: * Assistance in milk processing and production of dairy products * Hygiene management in food production and processing * Optimal sales at the weekly markets / marketing * Taking care of the farm's forest stock * Operating and maintaining machines, e.g. tractors, ploughs, combine harvesters, milking machines What you bring with you: * Food procurement or previous knowledge desired, but not absolutely necessary * Driving licence B and own car to reach the place of work.
