Here they can play, discover, learn and help determine and shape the everyday life of the children's home according to their age and development. Based on the pedagogy of Maria Montessori and Emmi Pikler, mindful interaction and a genuine interest in the child are at the center of our work. In addition to the child growth, which takes place with us every day, our MOBILE children's home is now also about to grow - in September 2026, another house will open in the city of Salzburg with two toddler groups in addition to the previous three locations. Among other things, you will: * lead a group of 8 children through the everyday life of a toddler group together with a colleague as part of a reference care (1:4), * accompany the children in their development and document them accordingly (portfolio), * plan and carry out the daily and annual routine for the group together with the team, * maintain a good cooperation with the parents. We expect from you: * a pedagogical education, * interest in the pedagogy of Emmi Pikler and Maria Montessori (training is an advantage), * enthusiasm for working with young children, * basic knowledge of developmental psychology, * willingness to continue and develop.
