<p>For our client in the MIDDELKERKE region, we are looking for a HANDYMAN/WOMAN for outdoor work.<br>Our client manages 3 sites/parks in the Middelkerke area. It is a high-quality park that is open all year round.</p><p> </p><p><strong>As a HANDYMAN/WOMAN OUTDOOR WORKER in MIDDELKERKE, your tasks will include:</strong></p><ul><li>Carrying out various jobs on the campsite;</li><li>ALWAYS working OUTDOORS on the campsites;</li><li>Laying out and maintaining plots, tiling terraces, and installing gates;</li><li>Connecting caravans (e.g., installing drainage, small electrical and HVAC connections);</li><li>Painting, building playgrounds, green maintenance, and general repairs;</li><li>Installing parking posts;</li><li>Moving between the 3 sites in Middelkerke;</li><li>Closing off the underside of caravans with wood (kneeling work).</li></ul> <![CDATA[<p><strong>As a HANDYMAN/WOMAN OUTDOOR WORKER in MIDDELKERKE, you recognize yourself in the following:</strong></p><ul><li>You are <strong>handy </strong>and a true<strong> all-rounder;</strong></li><li><strong>Outdoor work </strong>is no problem for you, as you will hardly ever work indoors;</li><li>You hold a valid <strong>driving license B, </strong>enabling you to travel between the parks;</li><li>You are <strong>physically fit,</strong> able to kneel, and have no physical complaints;</li><li>You have knowledge of <strong>electricity</strong>, <strong>HVAC</strong>, <strong>tiling</strong>, and <strong>green maintenance</strong> – <strong>you are truly a do-it-yourself type.</strong><br> </li></ul>
