Quality Control Co-Ordinator

Breffni Air are a market-leading specialist contractor in mechanical and electrical installations, involved in projects across many sectors such as Pharmaceutical, Commercial, Food Processing, Data Centres and Technology. We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Co-Ordinator to join our team on site in Finland. QA Lead will report into Project Manager or Site Manager on a daily basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join our growing organisation and gain hands on experience in the process of overseeing the quality of our products. The ideal candidate will work closely with the site team to drive and develop quality management system with acute attention to detail. The Role: QC - Maintain Quality Standards on site and assist QA Lead in maintain all related documentation for the project in Finland. - Comply with the Integrated Management Systems Quality Standards and assist in maintenance of the Companys quality ISO standards. - Work with clients to ensure that their quality standards & procedures are being adhered to and implemented with compliant submissions issued for approval. - Report any Quality issues to Project manager and supervisors to ensure timelines and targets are met. - Completion of audits in line with client requirements and project scheduling. - Advise management on QC issues and co-ordinate frequent meetings with the client, subcontractors & suppliers. - Ensure that all documentation and certification is complete and checked for project handover. - Attendance at Weekly internal team meeting to update on all matters relating to QA/QC. - Develop handover documentation packs and manage documentation handover process for each work pack in consultation and conjunction with Engineering and all other documentation providers/ clients team. Role Requirements: - Previous experience in a similar role 2+ years - A qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline - 3+ years experience in delivering complex infrastructure projects - Experience investigating QC issues and non-conformances - Demonstrated Excellent attention to detail - Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills Essential
