Are you the GUIDE we are looking for? We are currently looking for energetic guides for the busy winter season 2025–2026! As a guide at Soul of Lapland, your duties will include short daytime and evening trips to reindeer and husky farms. From the reindeer and husky farms, guests are taken to a traditional Lappish hut to spend the evening and watch for the Northern Lights. Your responsibilities will also include snowmobile tours with guests from Norvajärvi to a reindeer farm. The position requires you to be at least 18 years old, have a self-motivated working attitude, good English skills, and a valid driving licence. Previous experience in the tourism industry is considered an advantage. The work begins as soon as a suitable candidate is found and continues until the end of March 2026. Full-time work is available (120 hours per 3-week period). Terms of employment are based on the collective agreement, salary according to the agreement.
