To keep growing, we’re looking for a new (Technical) Operator to join our team! During peak season, you'll dive into a fast-paced, high-energy environment where 45 tons of carrots flow through our production lines every hour. You'll be hands-on: monitoring machines, ensuring top-quality output, making sharp decisions, and keeping everything running smoothly with your team. In the off-season, you’ll shift gears and work on maintenance and repairs — getting our rugged washing and sorting machines ready to roar again. This isn’t delicate lab work; it’s solid, practical, no-frills engineering where your brain and your hands work together. Solid technical skills and a strong hands-on attitude. Previous experience as a (technical) operator. Experience with a wheel loader or truck? Even better! A love for outdoor work and a sharp eye for spotting tasks. A sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently. Flexibility to jump into other departments during quieter times.
