Diese Aufgaben warten auf Sie: - Design intuitive and functional UX/UI solutions for specialized internal tools - Translate validated user needs into clean, consistent UI designs - Implement, maintain, and extend the existing design system - Apply a discovery-first approach by challenging assumptions and asking “why” - Conduct user validation to identify and solve root problems - Work within SAFe and Scrum frameworks in an agile environment - Plan, track, and communicate design tasks using Azure DevOps - Collaborate closely with developers, engineers, and stakeholders - Ensure alignment between user experience, technical feasibility, and business goals Was Sie mitbringen sollten: - Strong practical knowledge of UX/UI fundamentals (information architecture, visual hierarchy, consistency, usability heuristics) - Proven user-centered and discovery-driven mindset - Experience designing complex and specialized software applications - Familiarity with engineering and technical workflows (e.g. CAD / 3D / engineering tools) - Proficiency in Figma for wireframing and UI design - Experience working in cross-functional, agile teams - Ability to adapt design processes to highly technical user needs Wir freuen uns auf SIE !
