For an innovative and growing company in the Deinze region, specialized in ventilation systems, sun protection and aluminium façade solutions, we are looking for a Machine Operator with an eye for quality and precision. Your role Set up and operate automatic sawing and milling machines Cut and mill aluminium profiles and parts to size Read and interpret technical and assembly drawings Check product quality and follow production orders Perform basic machine maintenance Actively contribute to safety and quality on the work floor Work independently as well as in a team Your profile Technical insight and a precise way of working Experience as a saw or milling (CNC) operator is a big plus, but not a must Able to read technical or assembly plans Quality-oriented, flexible, stress-resistant and reliable Experience or education in metalworking or similar is an advantage
