As a Junior Sales Manager – Alufix Safety Systems, you will be responsible for developing B2B sales in Finland, and later in other EU markets. Your main focus is outbound sales: contacting new customers, arranging meetings, visiting sites, and presenting Alufix safety guardrail solutions to installers, construction companies, and other stakeholders. You will actively build and manage your own customer network, follow up leads, and maintain accurate sales records in CRM. The role includes product demonstrations, participation in domestic customer meetings, and attending selected international trade fairs. You will learn the Alufix product range thoroughly, including technical features, installation principles, and relevant safety standards. The position is based in Helsinki. Domestic travel within Finland is required; international travel is occasional. The role suits a motivated early-career salesperson or a professional with a construction background who wants to move into sales. Strong Finnish and good English skills are required, as English is the company working language.
