Daily tasks and responsibilities: * Managing manufacturing processes to secure capacity, efficiency, competitive costing, delivery performance and quality * Being responsible for compliance with local and company health, safety and environmental requirements * Leading and/or supporting continuous improvement projects * Coordinating the local operations network and implement relevant Teknos guidelines * Leading and developing one´s own organisation with a coaching and encouraging approach. * Key skills and qualifications: * Management and leadership skills * Capacity planning and workforce management, competences and skill levels * Strategic thinking * Continuous Improvement mindset * Budgeting and cost control understanding * Analytical thinking * Supervising the use of hazardous chemicals and process safety including explosion safety of the plant * Safety first thinking * ITC skill, eg.
