Key responsibilities - Act as a Project Lead in integrating BESSs and other flexible energy assets into NSCs solutions from early-stage projects to commercial operations (COD). - Manage and coordinate schedules and activities related to NSC services in customer projects including, NSC team, partners, and other stakeholders. - Participate in commissioning activities, including TSO prequalification tests. - Ensuring projects meet all technical requirements for market operations. - A practical, solution-oriented working style — you enjoy solving problems hands-on and keeping projects moving forward. Background & requirements - BSc or MSc in field of energy technology or similar. - Relevant experience in project management in technical projects. - Experience from energy, BESS, other flexible assets, or related projects. - Experience in working with multiple partners in a coordinated manner. - Willingness to travel to project sites when required. - Fluent Finnish and English in writing and speech. - A practical, solution-oriented working style — you enjoy solving problems hands-on and keeping projects moving forward. - Experience from Internet-Protocol Integration Technologies, Industrial OT Communication Protocols and TSO processes (information exchange and prequalifications, etc.) are not required but seen as a plus.
