Telecommunications installer
Key responsibilities and tasks: * As a Team Leader, you will act as the supervisor of your unit's telecommunications installers * You will be responsible for the contracting, scheduling, planning, quality, invoicing, safety and resourcing of the unit's open cabling systems * You will be responsible for the daily profitability of the unit's projects * Your tasks will include project bid calculations and ordering materials * You will communicate with customers (mainly developers) and various stakeholders * Reporting on production and results Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in ICT or electrical engineering or equivalent * 1-3 years of experience in similar positions * Willingness and desire to develop as a supervisor * Commercial mindset and desire to grow the business * Excellent interaction and collaboration skills * Good IT skills (MS Office) * The position requires fluent Finnish and English language skills
