Data Centre Security Manager

Data Centre Security Manager Role Summary: The Data Centre Security Manager is accountable for end-to-end physical security operations for a large-scale, mission-critical data centre site in Finland. This leader owns the sites security operating model and day-to-day execution, including guard force and vendor management, risk and compliance, incident response and investigations, and the performance and availability of physical security systems (e.g. access control, CCTV, alarms, intrusion detection). Working in close partnership with the broader site management team (Operations, Critical Facilities, IT/Network, EHS, Construction/Projects), the Security Manager implements and continuously improves security policies, procedures, and training to prevent unauthorized access, protect people and critical infrastructure, and ensure secure, compliant operations 24/7.
