For a producer and distributor of high-quality, tasty and sustainably grown frozen vegetables in the Ypres region, Forum Jobs is currently looking for technical profiles: maintenance mechanics, technicians, etc. You will be working in a production environment with the following machines: slicers, conveyors, vibrators, washing drums, etc. You are responsible for preventive and curative maintenance of the automated machinery and carrying out mechanical repairs. You are also responsible for detecting and solving electrical and mechanical problems. You are driven by electricity and find challenges in finding solutions and solving malfunctions. You help think about improvements to the automated lines. You work on new projects and follow up their implementation. This is a position to be held in daytime (8.15 a.m. - 5 p.m.) or in shifts (05-13 or 13-21). You have a secondary degree in mechanical engineering, electromechanics or equivalent through experience You are strong in mechanics and you are able to solve small electrical problems. Knowledge of TIG welding is an advantage You can work independently You have your own car Speaking French is an advantage
