1 Managed Service Operations Associate (m/f/x) on part cloud dev ops side kick, one part technical solution wizard, one part support superhero ¿Graz (AUT) hybrid ¿Full-time (38,5h/week) ¿Immediate Start What you'll be doing: Join our Managed Service & Enablement team to apply technical skills and keeping operations smooth, by setting up, maintaining (cloud) BSS platform and resolving customer requests. In this multifaceted role, you mainly will... * be responsible for operation and support activities for a complex public cloud-based platform for key account customers. * tackle alerts, analyse tickets, build monitors,... conduct complex technical analysis and independently find solutions * ensure sustainable solutions and defect fixes by consulting with our development teams, making them customer-ready. With quick perception, you'll charmingly guide customers in the right direction * maintain and expand monitoring systems to recognize system anomalies at an early stage and to act preventively. * continuously identify opportunities to enhance and automate processes, always bringing in your own ideas and making effective use of AI technologies where possible, while actively sharing knowledge and experiences with others. * support people, jungle several inquiries and yell at logs, while embracing customer satisfaction and improvements - all together with your (cross functional team) colleagues of technology enthusiasts. What you bring to the role: * You have a completed IT education (apprenticeship, HTL; FH, TU - in Software Engineering, Design & Management, Information and Computer Engineering, Data Analyst or similar) or comparable self-learned IT skills and adequate courses. * You have first relevant experience with relational databases SQL, PLSQL (log analyses) - from professional, student, private projects, or internships (0.5-3 years is beneficial) - and knowledge in Java (at least reading). These are must haves. * Your plus (not a must): basic skills in Linux/Unix, scripting language (e.g. Ansible, Python) and/or in cloud technologies. Experience with (Cloud) Operation, customer support, or DataDog (Mog und Metric aggregator) are nice to have. * You have a broad interest in: cloud technologies, solving difficult problems, analysis of problems and using AI technologies to improve efficiency, with awareness of their limitations. * You learn continuously, think analytically and work independently but also utilize your network and can hand over things. * You excel at prioritising tasks and maintain a positive attitude. Even during tough situations, you are unflappable under pressure and resilient to feedback, but open. * You can balance customer's and cross functional team needs. As an inspiring outgoing team player, you actively listen and proactively suggest with solution-oriented ideas. Furthermore, you enjoy interacting with customers and aim to help them. * You explain issues tailored to your target audience with excellent communication skills in English (German is an asset).
