UI/UX Designer & Creative Developer

Helmies Oy, a creative technology agency in Lahti, is seeking a UI/UX Designer & Creative Developer for a permanent full-time position. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: - Design user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications - Develop UI components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and React - Create and maintain design systems and component libraries - Conduct user research and usability testing - Work on projects for Finnish clients - Collaborate with AI tools to create Awwwards-level websites - Build AI agents and integrate AI-powered solutions REQUIRED SKILLS: - UI/UX design principles and best practices - Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite - Front-end development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React - Responsive and mobile-first design - Advanced ability to work with AI tools and modern JavaScript libraries - Experience building AI agents and AI integrations - Professional English language skills WE OFFER: - Starting salary €2,000 gross/month - Clear progression path to €3,000-4,000 after 6 months based on performance - Professional development opportunities - Occupational healthcare - Direct CEO mentorship - Significant influence on company culture as our first employee DETAILS: - Work location: Lahti, Finland - Full-time: 37.5 hours per week - Contract: Permanent
