SCADA Specialist - Offshore Wind Project (Poland 🇵🇱) Plant Supervision is looking for an experienced SCADA Specialist to join an exciting offshore wind project in Poland (Baltic Sea region). You will play a key role in the control of the SCADA system for a substation supporting an offshore wind farm — ensuring reliable communication and control across all systems. 🔧 Main Responsibilities Supervise and support installation of SCADA and network equipment on site Coordinate system integration and interface testing with power and protection systems Ensure compliance with communication and quality standards Collaborate closely with international teams, local contractors, and vendors Report progress, issues, and testing results to the project management team ✅ Your Profile Proven experience as a SCADA Engineer / Site Engineer in wind, power, or energy infrastructure projects Strong knowledge of SCADA, PLC, and communication systems Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical challenges independently Must hold an EU passport (eligible to work in Poland) 📅 Assignment Details Start: ASAP End: April, 2026 Location: Poland, Baltic Sea 🌱 Be part of a cutting-edge renewable energy project and contribute to the success of offshore wind in the Baltic Sea region.
