Restaurant shift manager
As shift manager, your duties will include daily café tasks such as customer service, maintaining cleanliness, preparing products, and displaying merchandise. In addition, you will be responsible for placing wholesale orders independently. We expect you to have an independent and active approach to work, a desire to develop the café's operations, fluent English skills, and at least reasonable Finnish language skills to handle customer service situations. We also hope you are willing to actively maintain social media.Regular working hours average 37.5 hours per week. Salary is in accordance with PAM's collective agreement. In addition, we have an additional bonus model based on café sales and customer satisfaction survey results. You will be trained for the job, and the training is paid.
