At Sulzer, we are looking for a Credit Control Manager who will play a key role in ensuring smooth Order-to-Cash processes and supporting business growth. This position is based in Kotka or Helsinki, Finland, and it requires working at the office. The salary for this position ranges between 4200-4700 EUR/month. The final salary will be determined based on the selected candidates skills and experience. What you'll do: - Develop and maintain credit control procedures aligned with global policies. - Evaluate customer credit applications using financial analysis and scoring models. - Monitor credit exposures, set and adjust credit limits, and recommend strategies to minimize risk. - Collaborate with Credit & Collections teams, Project Managers, and Sales to resolve credit issues. - Present credit reports and risk assessments to management, highlighting trends and opportunities. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance credit processes and systems. What we are looking for: - Experience: 5+ years in OTC, credit analysis, or risk assessment. - Strong knowledge of financial analysis, credit scoring, and risk management. - Excellent analytical and decision-making skills. - Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); Tagetik and Qlik Sense are a plus. - Masters degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. - Fluent in English.
