Quality Engineer with a Customer Support twist at A3P Lab AB A3P Biomedical is a Swedish diagnostics company specializing in advanced prostate cancer diagnostics. Our main product, Stockholm3, is a blood test for early detection of aggressive prostate cancer, with the potential to radically improve diagnostics and reduce mortality in one of the world’s most common cancers. We are currently active in Switzerland, Germany, the UK, the US, Austria, Poland, Turkey, Sweden, Norway, and Finland. To strengthen our operations, we are now looking for a Quality Engineer who also thrives in customer-facing tasks. You’ll join a small, dedicated team in Uppsala, contributing both to our daily lab operations and to our customer support efforts. This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in quality, and wants to make a real difference in men’s health. Your responsibilities          Customer support via email and phone: assist new customers onboarding Stockholm3 and provide timely, high-quality support to existing customers.         Laboratory work, including:                  Registration of incoming samples and referrals             Performing analyses such as protein measurements, DNA extraction and genotyping (manual and automated pipetting)             Operating laboratory instruments and working closely with our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)                  Result and quality control: ensure results meet high accuracy standards before delivery to customers         Continuous improvement: Drive internal projects to develop and refine our lab processes         Validation Leader: Lead validation and qualification projects within Lab operations         CAPA & Change Management: Coordinate and lead corrective actions and change activities to ensure compliance and effective implementation. Work hours Full-time. Daytime. Required qualifications          Licensed biomedical scientist (BMA), MSc or BSc in biomedicine, biotechnology or equivalent         Strong command of English, both written and spoken Meriting qualifications          Previous experience in customer support or client communication         Experience working in a clinical and/or accredited laboratory         Familiarity with quality systems and standards (e.g. GLP, GMP, IVDR, GDPR)         Experience in production, process validation and qualification, quality control, or customer training         Experience in CAPA and Change Management          Good understanding of Swedish (or willingness to learn) Personal characteristics/qualifications:                You enjoy helping and interacting with our customers, and communicate clearly and professionally         You are quality- and safety-conscious, knowing your work directly affects patients         You are accurate, responsible, and value documentation and traceability         You enjoy working both independently and in a team         You handle repetitive tasks with care and stick to established routines         You are flexible and remain calm when priorities shift         You contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture         You are a doer who takes initiative, solves problems, and ensures tasks are completed efficiently and with high quality         You have strong written communication skills and are confident producing clear, structured, and professional documentation and correspondence At A3P Biomedical, you’ll be part of an ambitious, entrepreneurial team with a global mission: to improve men’s health and transform prostate cancer diagnostics.
