The company values technical expertise, teamwork, and a proactive approach to solving complex industrial challenges. Responsibilities: At this position, your tasks will be highly varied. One day you might be performing (preventive) maintenance on industrial compressors, while the next you could be conducting complex repairs on a generator. In short, you'll have plenty of technical challenges and day-to-day variety. • Conduct maintenance and repairs on rental equipment such as diesel generators and compressors to ensure optimal performance and safety • Perform scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance routines to guarantee fleet reliability • Troubleshoot technical issues, including mechanical and electrical problems, on site or in the workshop • Prepare equipment efficiently after use to ensure readiness for the next customer • Document maintenance activities and communicate technical findings clearly to team members and clients 2-3 years as a workshop technician/ engineer + bachelor’s degree in electromechanics or a related technical field Requirements: • At least 2-3 years as a workshop technician/ engineer • Bachelor’s degree in electromechanics or a related technical field • Strong knowledge of diesel engines, compressors, and electrical systems, including reading electrical diagrams (Mechanical is the most important part. Experience with Diesel engines is a very big plus) • Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills for technical discussions and documentation • Proven problem-solving skills, results-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently or in a team • Flexibility regarding working hours and a proactive attitude toward continuous learning and development
