In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional account strategies, building strong partnerships with key stakeholders, and ensuring optimal access to life-changing therapies. Your Role & Responsibilities Account Management & Relationship Building - Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value accounts, including hospitals, health systems, and key decision-makers such as oncologists, hematologists, and C-suite executives. - Develop in-depth knowledge of each account's strategic goals, value drivers, and unique challenges to tailor solutions and drive adoption of blood cancer therapies. Strategic Planning & Execution - Create and execute strategic account plans focused on business growth, market access, and product adoption, aligned with both company and customer objectives. - Identify and manage key stakeholders and influencers within accounts to support clinical advocacy and ensure inclusion on formularies, EMRs, and provider pathways. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with internal teams (sales, medical, marketing, market access) to align strategies, coordinate resources, and ensure seamless execution of commercial plans.
