GMP Calibration Technician (m/w/d)
We are expanding our team and seeking experienced MSAT Process Experts in both Upstream (USP) and Downstream (DSP) Processing. In these roles, you will play a key part in technology transfers, process optimization, and ensuring robust, compliant manufacturing operations. You will act as the bridge between process development and production, working closely with clients and cross-functional teams to drive innovation and quality. **Your Responsibilities:** - Lead technology transfers and process scale-up for biopharmaceutical manufacturing - Optimize and troubleshoot manufacturing processes to ensure robustness and compliance - Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify and implement process improvements - Provide technical expertise and mentorship to production staff - Manage documentation, risk analysis, and regulatory requirements - Support continuous improvement initiatives and innovation projects **What We’re Looking For:** - Advanced degree (PhD or Master’s) in biotechnology, chemical engineering, or a related field - Proven experience in biopharma process development or manufacturing (USP and/or DSP) - Deep understanding of GMP and bioprocess technology - Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills - Fluency in English required; German is a strong asset **About Us:** Techfirm Industrial Services partners with leading life sciences companies in the German-speaking part of Switzerland to deliver innovative solutions in biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
