What You'll Be Doing As our Quality Manager, you'll lead the Quality Assurance department and oversee the execution of quality strategy across operations, supplier management, and audits. You will be the go-to expert for both regulatory compliance and continuous improvement, working cross-functionally to ensure that our products, processes, and partnerships meet the highest standards. - Drive achievement of global and local quality objectives, ensuring alignment with operational strategy - Lead and evolve our ISO 9001-certified management system, including document and quality reporting oversight - Provide technical support during internal and external complaints, including direct customer interactions - Lead internal, customer, supplier, and certification audits and follow up on corrective actions and supplier development - Analyze quality data to identify root causes and develop robust corrective/preventive actions using tools like A3, Ishikawa, 5W, 8D, PDCA, and DMAIC - Collaborate with Procurement and Engineering for supplier assessments and manufacturability reviews - Drive continuous improvement in product quality and supplier performance across the value chain - Manage regulatory compliance for materials (REACH, food-safe, drinking water, etc.) - Coach and lead the Quality Assurance team with both technical and disciplinary leadership - Report regularly to ma...
