Your main focus will be the  compliance with requirements, the skills and capabilities of workers, and the tools they use. Your responsibilities: - Development and ensurance of the application of technical specifications and QAPs - Obsevation of the compliance with regulations, customer requirements and specific requirements - Management of audits from external sources, such as customer audits, special processes and ISO 9100 - Fulfillment and reporting of the quality indicators for the projects - Creation and realization of internal and external training modules - Support the godfathering process for employees (internal and external requirements) - Implementation of the logistical management for training sessions - Teaching of theoretical and technical training sessions (e.g. SMS and HF, SKILL Software) Your profile: - Professional degree in Quality Management or similar qualification - Proven experience in quality inspection in the aerospace sector - Preferably 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of aerospace - Professional knowledge of audit and quality tools - Familiar with quality reference systems and aerospace regulations (ISO9001, EN9100, PART21, PART145) and Quality Management related software - Very good language skills in English (written and sponken), German skills preferred Your partner: Looking for your dream job?
