Function We are looking for a freelancer who can connect with professors and lecturers at universities to understand their needs. The goal is to develop a ready-to-use course for schools that offers an approachable guide on solving real-world problems through practical use cases (e.g. AI agents or data modelling) using Drupal as the core tool. In this course, Drupal serves as a means to an end, supporting the solution rather than being the main focus. About us DUG BE vzw (Drupal User Group Belgium) is a Belgian non-profit organisation run by volunteers who are passionate about Drupal. Our main goal is to promote Drupal in Belgium by organising events such as DrupalCamp, Drupal Dev Days, meetups, and informal Drupal drinks. We aim to build a strong local community where people can connect, share knowledge, and support open-source projects. Responsibility Available part-time Able to work remote Contact lecturers and curriculum coordinators in universities and schools to inquire about their needs regarding web technology courses Gather information on how Drupal could fit into their teaching programs Develop a clear plan based on these conversations to guide future course creation effort Open source enthusiast Aligned with our brand values (you will be representing us, after all) Comfortable with cold calling and soft emailing Strong analytical skills (able to turn varied feedback into a clear, coherent plan) Good communication skills (able to report ideas back to our organisation clearly and in an actionable way) Residing in Belgium Having a network within the Belgian school system is a big plus Drupal knowledge is a minor plus
