Freight Sales and Project Coordination (m/f/d) For our Freight department in Lübeck-Travemünde we are looking for a Freight Sales & Project Coordination (m/f/d) The area of responsibility includes among other: - Supporting the freight sales team with analysis and reports - Inside Sales (quotations, agreements, usage of CRM etc.) - Customer support (e.g. questions regarding timetable, requests for prices and other conditions) - Supervising interns and apprentices - Maintenance of customer data (enter customer data, request data and provide information as needed) - Pricing & Invoicing for freight (support in pricing & invoicing process, optimization of existing processes, system usage) - Handling of incoming invoices (distribution & checking of invoices for the freight department) - Participation in projects - Supporting freight software development through coordination, specification writing, and system testing.
