Wir loten für eine nachhaltige Welt die Grenzen des Machbaren neu aus. Technical Trainer for Thermo King & FRIGOBLOCK dealers with German language (m/w/d) Location: Brussels, Belgium. Role responsibilities: Customer satisfaction through Technical Training support to dealers and customers aiming to continuously improve dealers service support standards throughout EMEA. Continuously develop own skills and maintain awareness of Transport refrigeration industry standards and regulations. Especially obtain and maintain the requested industry certification levels. Develop and conduct expert training courses to EMEA dealers to ensure they provide consistent quality and service to end-users. Ensure all dealer technicians are trained to the best possible standard and in line with the Technician Development Roadmap. Create and manage the Thermo King and FRIGOBLOCK CERTI-TECH databases and related literature, making sure that the whole program is continuously updated to reflect product changes and new service procedures. Participate actively to the service meetings and conferences and support Area Service Managers with presentations in foreign languages as required. Be aware of all aspects of unit technical & reliability performance and adjust training courses to include continuous product improvements. Support the onboarding and development of our employees by providing customized training courses at regular intervals during the training season. Requirements: Engineering education in Electricity/Electronics or equivalent is a plus. Preferably have 1-2 years of previous technical experience and be familiar with modern technology, especially that related to electrical controls and systems. Proven experienced in delivering technical training and managing large training programs for adult learners. Experienced in facilitating and adapting the level of content complexity based on the backgrounds of your training audience. Must be fluent in both languages - German and English, other languages are an asset. Team player, showing passion in your job, taking initiative, can work independently and shows great sense of responsibility. You can work on your own initiative and autonomously. Strong communication skills and ability to work with varying levels and disciplines within customer and dealer organizations alike.
